Andy Moss is the founder of Oakbridge Consultancy. He spent 24 years in the British Army, finishing as Regimental Sergeant Major at the Army Training Division’s Leadership School. His time in the Army shapes everything he now teaches about standards, accountability and what leadership actually looks like under pressure. He has held senior leadership roles in Operations, Project Management and Consultancy, before becoming Head of Organisational Development at University Hospital Southampton within the NHS.

That path, military, industry, consultancy and the NHS, gives Andy a rare view across sectors that all struggle with the same problem: the gap between what organisations say they value and how people actually behave. It’s the reason he built Oakbridge, and the reason behind the principle that sits at the centre of his work.
