Andy Moss
Founder and Director
Andy Moss is the founder of Oakbridge. He spent 24 years in the British Army, finishing as Regimental Sergeant Major at the Army Training Division’s Leadership School. His time in the Army shapes everything he now teaches about standards, accountability and how to leader under pressure. He has held senior leadership roles in Operations, Project Management and Consultancy, before becoming Head of Organisational Development at University Hospital Southampton within the NHS.
That path from the military, through industry, consultancy and the NHS, gives Andy a rare view across sectors that all struggle with the same problem: the gap between what organisations say they value and how people actually behave or perform. It’s the reason he built Oakbridge, and the reason for the principle that underpins his approach: The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.
He holds a first class BA(Hons) in Leadership and Management, an MSc in Leadership and Management, CMI Level 7 in Strategic Leadership & Management and
ILM Level 7 in coaching and mentoring.
Neil Ready
Consultant & Facilitator
Neil is a former British Army soldier and police inspector with over 24 years experience in front line policing roles. Neil has excelled as an operational and tactical firearms commander known for his decisive and effective handling of high pressure, time sensitive situations, often involving high risk incidents and specialist investigation.
Neil has honed his skills in advanced communication, critical thinking and decision making and brings a wealth of leadership practitioner experience in military and policing contexts.
As a compassionate and people focused leader, Neil has demonstrated his ability to develop individuals and teams into high performing units, focusing on individual strengths whilst promoting team cohesion.
Abbey Griffiths
Consultant & Facilitator
Abbey Griffiths is an experienced nurse leader and holds an MSc in Leadership and Professional Practice, an MSc in Leading Digital Transformation, a PGCE, and ILM Level 7 in Leadership & Management. She is skilled in restorative clinical supervision, is a Florence Nightingale Foundation Leadership Scholar, Led the CLIMB programme at NHS Wales’ Dragon’s Heart Institute,
Her own experience as a nurse leader gives her direct insight into the pressures and professional identity dynamics that sit inside interdisciplinary clinical teams. The Programme Lead role for CLIMB gave Abbey significant experience in facilitating multidisciplinary leadership groups across NHS Wales. Through this role, she has designed and facilitated leadership development for senior leaders from nursing, medicine, allied health professions, operational management and corporate services, using action learning, facilitated reflection and team coaching to strengthen relationships, collective leadership and cross-organisational collaboration.
