About Us
Too many organisations invest in leadership programmes that don’t deliver any lasting change.
Leaders attend workshops, learn new models and leave motivated, but when they return to their workplace, nothing really changes.
Teams crave clarity, consistency and inspiration, yet leaders often feel isolated, under pressure and unsure how to turn models and theory into action.
At Oakbridge, we believe leadership is about judgement, behaviour and the ability to act well under pressure.
We work from the premise that most organisations do not suffer from a lack of strategy or intelligence, but from a gap between intent and day-to-day leadership practice.
We do not offer off-the-shelf solutions or generic programmes. Every engagement is grounded in careful diagnosis, shaped by the context leaders are operating within, and designed to build long-term capability rather than dependency.
Our work promotes self-sufficiency, leaders who can think clearly, make sound decisions and lead effectively without external crutches.
Analysis and evaluation are not add-ons for us; they are integral to how we work, ensuring interventions are credible, proportionate, and deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
Why Oakbridge?
We help organisations bridge the gap between leadership training and leadership impact by providing leadership diagnostics, bespoke interactive learning programmes, and coaching interventions that drive measurable growth.
Our work equips leaders not just to manage their day to day pressures, but also to grow themselves, grow their people and grow their organisations for the future.
That’s why we are called Oakbridge.
Oak represents growth, resilience and strength; qualities every leader needs to thrive.
Bridge symbolises connection; bridging the gap between knowledge and action, leaders and their teams, and where organisations are now and where they want to be.
Lessons from the Military
Oakbridge was founded by Andy Moss. With 24 years of leadership experience in the British Army, Andy draws on lessons from one of the world’s most demanding leadership environments, where leadership is a core competency at all levels, not a “nice to have”.
After over 360 years of continuous practice, there is very little the Army doesn’t know about building trust, leading under pressure and getting the very best out of teams.
