As Head of Organisational Development at University Hospital Southampton, Andy gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by NHS staff in the post pandemic era. During

his tenure he led several successful change programmes centred around improving leaders

and creating a coaching culture.

Neil is a former British Army soldier and a serving police inspector with over 24 years experience in front line policing roles. Neil has excelled as an operational and tactical firearms commander known for his decisive and effective handling of high pressure, time sensitive situations, often involving high

risk incidents and specialist investigation.

Neil has honed his skills in advanced communication, critical thinking and decision making and brings a wealth of leadership practitioner experience in military and policing contexts. In addition to his operational expertise, Neil has played a pivotal role in counter terrorism and change management

initiatives, notably developing an innovative resource allocation method for a force restructuring

program.

As a compassionate and people focused leader, Neil has demonstrated his ability to maximise talent, developing individuals and teams into high performing units, focusing on individual strengths whilst promoting team cohesion.
