 Oakbridge Consulting partners with organisations to improve leadership, culture and performance. We design and deliver bespoke programmes in leadership development, organisational development and coaching for individuals and teams. Our work is grounded in real experience across private sector, healthcare, defence and local government, and built around one principle - sustainable behavioural change. 


 We work with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and public-sector organisations that want to strengthen leadership capability and organisational culture.
Our coaching clients are typically senior and executive leaders, and operational or senior management teams who want to increase self-awareness, improve collaboration and lead with greater impact. 


 Our programmes are experiential, not theoretical. They combine practical tools with reflection, peer learning, and real-world application. We tailor every programme to your organisation’s context, values, and strategic goals. This ensures learning translates into improved performance and culture, not just a good workshop experience. 


 

No. While we have proven frameworks and modules (e.g. Leading Self, Leading the Team, Leading Strategic Change), each programme is designed around your specific needs, challenges and audience. That’s what makes our work effective and sustainable.


 We build evaluation into every stage  from diagnostic and design through to delivery and review. Impact is measured through behavioural observation, participant reflection, 360 feedback and organisational metrics such as engagement, retention and performance indicators.


 We coach senior and executive leaders, and operational or senior teams who want to enhance performance, clarity and self-leadership. Coaching may focus on transition, resilience, stakeholder relationships or strategic influence . Coaching is always tailored to the individual or team context.


 Our coaching combines challenge with support. It’s grounded in psychological safety and self-awareness, underpinned by models such as GROW, Gestalt, and Systems Thinking. We believe insight is only valuable when it leads to meaningful action — so every session ends with clear, practical steps forward.


 Individual coaching engagements typically last between 4 and 6 sessions over 3 to 6 months. Team coaching is often delivered over a longer period to align with organisational objectives and leadership cycles. 


 Yes. We coach both in-person and online, depending on preference and practicality. Many clients find a blended approach works best.


 All work is calculated on a standard consultancy rate of £500 per day. This covers design, preparation, delivery and evaluation, depending on the nature of the engagement. Every project is scoped transparently so you know exactly what’s included before we begin. 


 Individual coaching sessions are charged at £150 per hour. Packages for executive and team coaching can be arranged to align with specific goals or development programmes.


 Yes. For multi-day projects, retained partnerships or longer-term programmes, we agree a bespoke pricing structure that reflects the scale of work and ongoing relationship.


 We begin with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and context. From there, we co-design an approach, whether that’s a leadership programme, culture development initiative or targeted coaching intervention.


 Yes. We work with clients across the UK and internationally, in both public and private sectors.
